How do your sizes run?

Most of Reflector's sizing runs slightly large due to our supplier, except for the Medium Weight Quarter Zip product that fit more true to size.

How do I modify an order?

In order to make any modifications to your order you must e-mail us at reflectorbrand@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will not be able to make changes if you contact us any later than 2 hours after purchasing any products. Allow Reflector® the chance to make it right if you find our product does not fit right, or is not the the quality you expect. 
Reflector® has a 30 day from date of receipt to return, exchange, or request a refund policy. Outside of that period the sale will become final.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address information, Reflector® is not responsible for shipping a replacement order for non-delivery due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer. Reflector® cannot ship to PO boxes. Please contact us if you feel your order was lost or stolen.

 

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?

We may need to switch couriers, packaging, and have tracking.

How do I track my order?

 

We use USPS , they  provide tracking numbers to prove successful delivery of goods. 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Currently only USPS will be used, any other delivery of items may incur larger costs
